The Fanzone program includes, at no cost to the team, a Fanzone Micro-factory (heat press & storage unit), Digital Terminals, installation by SCS launch team, staff training, and lifetime service/maintenance. A minimum booking program of lettering and numbering is required to qualify for the complete system package
Our product range includes Pro Twill, Printed Twill, and Fanzone Printz. We customize each application to the individual team specifications, in regards to colours and font styles

The Fanzone system reduces requirements for inventory while increasing the turn-over of inventory, ultimately increasing sales per square foot in the retail environment

Implementation Process
Step 1:
Confirmation of Team Lettering & Numbering, font, colour and size specifications.
Preferably emailed to Silver Crystal Sports in the following formats: eps – ai – corel.
Once Silver Crystal Sports receives the specifications, a pricing model will be created in an easy to read adjustable excel formatted order sheet. This pricing model is used to generate a team specific quote that will breakdown the exact projected amount of Letters & Numbers to initially set-up the Fanzone System.
Step 2:
Silver Crystal Sports will manufacture samples at no cost to the team for the approval process.
Once the samples are approved, the team will send Silver Crystal Sports a Purchase Order accompanied by our excel booking order sheet, to proceed with production.
Step 3:
The team will book a Fanzone installation date with Silver Crystal Sports, usually 2 to 4 weeks from the confirmation of the booking order.
Step 4:
A specific date is set for the Fanzone team to do the installation and staff training. The program launch team would arrive the day before game-day and conduct the training and installation. The Fanzone team would stay for the game and work with the team’s retail staff to ensure that everyone is properly trained and comfortable with the Fanzone system.
Note: Prior to the Fanzone installation date the team must provide a portable air compressor and proper electrical hook up for the Fanzone System. All goods are manufactured and shipped to the team F.O.B. Toronto.
