TERMS: New accounts must provide a 50% deposit when placing their initial orders, with the balance to be paid COD, until such time as acceptable credit is established. Net 30 days to pro-rated accounts. A service charge on all overdue accounts of 2% per month. (Note: Credit application must be fully completed and signed.)
QUALITY: Silver Crystal Sports uses the best available materials; however, strong bleaching or dry cleaning agents or excessive drying heat can cause these materials to breakdown.
RECEIVING: All garments must be received in well sealed, undamaged cartons.
SILVER CRYSTAL SPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INAPPROPRIATE PACKING AND/OR SEALING.
To ensure acceptance at receiving, cartons must be individually labelled with the following information:
Your company name and address
- Type of garment inside each carton
- Quantity of garments within each carton
- Purchase order number or reference number
- Packing list with shipping date (as per information above)
CANCELLATIONS: Not accepted if work had already been started or been completed.
SHIPPING: All finished garments will be packaged and shipped in "bulk" form unless otherwise specified.
All finished garments will be counted individually and recorded on a packing slip, which must be endorsed by the receiver at the time of shipment.
FREIGHT: All Silver Crystal Sports customers have the choice of UPS or Canada Post.
RETURNS: Claims or shortages must be received within five days. No returns will be accepted without the written consent of Silver Crystal Sports Inc.
ALL GOODS SUBJECT TO OUR RETURN POLICY MUST BE FULLY RETURNED. CREDIT NOTES WILL BE ISSUED TO CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT ONLY. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
PRICING: All prices subject to change without notice. Minimum charge on all orders $100.00.
ARTWORK: All artwork is subject to quotation (SEE BELOW NOTES).
GENERAL: Screens and all Set-ups are the sole property of Silver Crystal Sports Inc. There are no exceptions.
- Silver Crystal Sports does not take responsibility for defects on customer supplied tapes, disks and film.
- Garments received which are not packed in a format considered ready for finishing are subject to any necessary unpacking charges as outlined in our packaging price list.
- Silver Crystal Sports is not responsible for the spoilage or damage of supplied garments due to inappropriate packaging at source, or poor manufacturing of the individual garment.
- Silver Crystal Sports reserves the right for a 2% spoilage rate on all Finishing.
- All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order.
- Trademarked, Registered or copywritten designs must be accompanied by a letter of licensing for verification. This is a strict policy of Silver Crystal Sports, and NO exceptions will be made in this regard.
- ALL ORDERS BELOW $100.00 WILL BE COD.

NOTES: Before you provide us with your artwork to print, here are a couple of useful things you should know:
- A camera ready artwork is the ideal artwork: size as, clean and ready to use.
- Email artwork must be sent in .EPS or Adobe illustrator formats only.
- Business cards: we can use them, but there will be a loss of details in the final print because we had to enlarge the original along with its imperfections.
- Fax, the worst scenario: a faxed artwork will require hours of touch ups improvisation (most of the time parts of the art are missing).
- You can provide us with an already printed shirt, however this will result in a third generation artwork which may not exactly match the original 100%.
- Photocopy: Like a fax, the photocopy will distort and alter the original:. It is therefore preferable that you send us the original.
